How to add a link to an external file like a pdf file.

Create the text …. create a link in the text to the file you want to make accessible. The file needs to be in your Library. To get it there you need to download it as a link. Then create a link to it from the edit menu above. While in the dialogue to create a link, direct the linked file to appear in a separate tab so it can be easily deleted.

You download file to be linked to your file library just like any other file that is NOT intended to be part of the main website structure. There is a category at the bottom of the ADD A PAGE menu called LINKED that’s where you start.
